Dear Chicago,
I really enjoyed the last two weeks. The weather was a balmy over 30 degrees. It rained once when it was 43 degrees - a warm rain! I even got excited for Spring, all the while knowing you would dash my hopes. But not knowing quite enough to protect myself. And now it's frigid. I woke up to 10 feels like -5. And I'm kind of upset. That was a nasty trick. Let's negotiate on this whole winter thing.
