Goin' Down South

SPRING BREAK WOO!! In seven hours I'll be heading out for my spring break trip, destination: Jackson, Mississippi. Yep, M-i-s-s-i-s-s-i-p-p-i. We leave at 4:30 tomorrow morning and drive 12(ish) hours. Throughout the week we'll be working with John Perkins' racial reconciliation ministry (http://www.jmpf.org/). I don't know exactly what I'll be doing, but there's talk of a farm, a school, and a church, so we'll see. One day we'll drive to Memphis and go to the Civil Rights Museum, which I'm so excited about! The following Saturday we'll drive back. Oh, and I'm one of the drivers! It's going to be great. Furthermore, I'll get TWO new states! Tennessee and Mississippi. (I think we might even drive through Kentucky, so that'd be THREE!) I'm excited for the new experience (the South and a loooong roadtrip). If you think of me, you could be praying for traveling mercies for our team (14 people) and servants' hearts. I don't really know any of the other people so it'll be a great time to make some new friends!

I hope you all are doing great!

As a matter of fact, we're praying for just that...and more...right now. Try to have fun too, for a change, would you?
